Land East of Stratford Road

St Philips are preparing an Outline planning application for approximately 450 new homes on Land East of Stratford Road. Our vision is to create a landscape led and well-connected extension to the village, shaped by mature trees, hedgerows and existing public footpaths.

The plans also create opportunities for large public green spaces, a new country park, improved walking and cycling routes, and future community facilities, including a community hub and land safeguarded for a one-form entry primary school.
